How to Make:

1. INFUSE THE BUTTER : warmth a huge pot with water and permit it to come back to boil, cook the noodles in line with package instructions, drain and set apart. at the same time as the water is boiling, grab a large, non-stick skillet and area it on medium-low warmth. upload the butter, oil olive, garlic, and scallions. permit the butter infuse with the garlic for 5-7 minutes, stirring regularly. The garlic have to barely sizzle right here, you don’t need it to brown.

2. GARLIC NOODLES : at the same time as the garlic is going, take hold of a small bowl and mix together the fish sauce, oyster sauce, and the sugar. while the garlic is cooked, kick the heat up to medium-excessive, stir inside the organized sauce; permit cook dinner for 30 seconds. upload the prepared noodles and toss with parmesan cheese (yes, parm!) let the noodles cook dinner for a minute so that they soak up all that flavor. top with fried garlic and serve at once! That flavor is like not anything you’ll ever have.
