  • 1/2 cup warm/chili sauce (inclusive of Frank’s pink hot or Sriracha)
  • half cup brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pound boneless and skinless fowl breasts
  • salt and pepper to flavor


How to Make:



  • warmness the recent sauce, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and chili pepper flakes in a small saucepan until the sugar has melted into the sauce.
  • warmness the oil in a big oven-safe skillet over medium-high warmth, season the chook with the salt and pepper, upload to the pan and brown, about 3-5 minutes according to side.
  • transfer to a preheated 400F/200C oven and bake until the hen is cooked, about 10-15 mins, basting with the sauce every five minutes.
