  • 1 tsp. ground ginger 
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds 
  • 2 scallions, daintily cut

  1. In a substantial bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, and heating powder. Include ice water, egg and 1 teaspoon salt, and mix to join. (The hitter ought to be slender.)
