  • 1 tbsp cornstarch 
  • 1 tbsp virus water 
  • 1/2 container caster sugar 
  • 1/3 container + 1 tbsp soy sauce 
  • 3 tbsp juice vinegar 
  • 2 cloves garlic, stripped and minced 
  • 1 thumb-sized bit of ginger, stripped and minced 
  • 2 tbsp nectar 
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper 
  • 4 chicken bosoms cut into stout strips 
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds 
  • Little pack scallions, cleaved
