You’ll Need:

  1. 8oz wide rice noodles 
  2. 2 tablespoons red curry glue (I utilized the Thai Kitchen brand) 
  3. 3 garlic cloves, minced 
  4. 1 14oz would coconut be able to drain (see note) 
  5. 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce or without gluten tamari 
  6. 2 teaspoons coconut sugar or dark colored sugar 
  7. 2 containers broccoli florets 
  8. 1 container destroyed carrots 
  9. 1 container destroyed cabbage 
  10. 1 chime pepper, julienned 

How to Make:

  1. In a huge bowl loaded up with warm water, douse the rice noodles for 25-30 minutes until for the most part mellowed. 
  2. In a pan, heat the stew glue over medium warmth for 1 minute, mixing always so it doesn't consume. 
  3. Add the garlic and keep on cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant. 
  4. Include the coconut milk, soy sauce, and sugar and convey to a stew at that point decrease the warmth to low. 
  5. Include 3 tablespoons of the coconut sauce to a huge skillet and warmth over medium-high warmth. 
  6. Include the broccoli, carrots, cabbage and chime pepper and cook for 5 minutes, mixing every so often....... full recipe here!
