Fixings 

  • 8 sheep cleaves Relying upon their size, serve 1-2 for each individual 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • juice of 1 lemon, roughly 3-4 tablespoons 
  • 2-3 tsp dried oregano 
  • 1 tsp bean stew/red pepper pieces 
  • 2 tsp thyme leaves 
  • 4 garlic cloves pulverized 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • pepper to taste 

Directions 

  1. Pre-heat a cast-iron/treated steel container over high warmth. 
  2. Sprinkle the sheep cleaves with the olive oil and lemon squeeze at that point liberally season with the herbs and flavors on the two sides.
